How we handle your details

Who we are
emilyhelps.ie is operated by AMDG Technologies Ireland Limited (“we”), a company registered in Ireland (CRO 785079) with its registered office in Kilmeaden, Waterford. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at [email protected].
What we collect, and why
When you request a demo, we ask for your name, your role, the diocese or parish you represent, your email address and, optionally, a phone number and a message. We use these details for one purpose: to contact you about Emily Helps and to arrange the demo you asked for.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you have made to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You are under no obligation to provide any of it; without a name and an email address we simply cannot reply.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to serve the font files; no other third-party content is loaded.
Who receives your details
Your demo request is delivered to us as an email. It passes through our website host, the form-handling service that delivers it to our inbox and keeps a copy for us there, and our transactional email provider, which sends you the acknowledgement. All three act as processors on our instructions. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
How long we keep them
We keep demo requests for as long as we are in conversation with you about Emily Helps, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows — in which case your details become part of that customer relationship. The copy held by our form-handling service is deleted automatically on the same schedule.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing of it, or ask us to restrict it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
